专利说明:
Field of the invention The invention relates to a lid for a drinking cup according to the preamble of claim 1. State of the art From the prior art, the lid for drinking cups are known, which have a closable drinking opening. On the one hand, the closure is realized by a stopper closing the drinking opening. The plug can be folded away with the help of a hinge to release the drinking opening. Another solution provides that on the cover, a cover is rotatably arranged. By rotating the cover, the drinking opening can be released and closed. The holder of the cover on the lid is provided at the edge by extending the edge of the cover over the edge of the lid. This leads to a less reliable mount. If the drinking cup falls over, for example, then it may be that the cover detaches from the lid. The lid and the cover are made of polystyrene, which is not very elastic. As a result, the lid must be exactly adapted to the outside diameter of the cup edge to be slipped over this. Also, the achievable tightness of the drinking opening is limited in this material. Object of the invention From the disadvantages of the described prior art, the present invention initiates the task to further develop a generic lid for a drinking cup, wherein the lid has an improved grip on a drinking cup and the cover has an improved grip on the lid. The improved hold of the lid should also be given if the outer diameter of the cup edge and the inner diameter of the lid edge differ from each other. In addition, the tightness of the lid to the drinking cup and the cover should be improved. description The inventive lid for a drinking cup comprises a cover and a cap. The cover has an edge, which is designed for fastening the cover to the drinking cup, and a first drinking opening. The cap is rotatably supported on the cover and has a second drinking opening. By rotating the cap relative to the cover, the first drinking opening can be opened and closed. The solution of the problem is achieved in a lid for a drinking cup characterized in that the cover has the shape of a ring seal. The cover is therefore not the cup completely covering final cover as known from the prior art. Rather, the cover is an annular seal with a through hole formed through the ring. The ring seal is formed such that it fulfills the sealing function with respect to the drinking cup and the cap with improved sealing. In this case, the use of material of the ring seal is minimized, since the function of the ring seal is limited to the sealing of the lid relative to the drinking cup and the cap. The stability and the mediation of a pleasant safe feeling while drinking are taken from the cap. Accordingly, the ring seal and the cap may be made of different materials or plastics which are better suited for the separate functional requirements than a single material. The lid is therefore preferably made of a composite material. Another advantage of the cover according to the invention is that it can be reused by the use of high-quality plastics. It is also washable or dishwasher safe. It is also conceivable that the cap is removed from the ring seal for washing. Thereby, each cavity and slot of the lid can be cleaned. Characterized in that the cap and the ring seal are made of different plastics, also their e-modules can be adapted to the specific required function. It makes sense that the plastic of the ring seal is softer than the plastic of the cap. The cover is therefore preferably made of a plastic with a lower modulus of elasticity than the cap. The ring seal therefore has particularly good sealing properties, but can also be easily put on the drinking cup. In addition, the cheapest can be selected in both plastic groups. Another advantage for the design of the lid is that the two plastics can have different colors. The plastic of the cap is firmer. Thus, the cap provides the necessary stability of the lid and a secure stable feeling while drinking, without the user feeling that the lips can not close the lid tightly. The invention is preferably characterized by the fact that the seal between the cover and the cap is realized by a provided on the cover or the cap circumferential groove and formed on the cover or the cap circumferential sealing lip, which sealing lip rotatable sealing in the groove is received. The tightness between ring seal and cap is improved by this technical feature. The lid is therefore not only dense when it falls over short, but also prevents leakage of liquid even when the cup is turned upside down. In this case, the plastics of the cap and ring seal can be adapted to one another in such a way that they easily slide against one another despite the seal. As appropriate, it has been proven when the ring seal is formed in cross-section 2-stage, the first stage of the seal against the cup is used and the second stage of sealing against the cap is used. The two stages cause a large contact surface between the ring seal and the cap on the one hand and the upper drinking cup rim and the ring seal on the other. The cross-sectional two-stage design of the ring seal allows the improvement of the seal, since each stage can be individually adapted to the sealing requirements. Conveniently, the groove is provided at the transition from the 1st stage to the 2nd stage. This results in a large sealing surface, since the entire surface of the second stage can be used for sealing. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sealing lip is formed on the free edge of the cap. Because the sealing lip protrudes from the cap, it is particularly easy to coat. If the cap is overmoulded with the ring seal, the sealing transition between cap and ring seal is precise. This leads to an improved seal. Also, the sealing surface is enlarged by the exposed protruding position of the sealing lip. In a further preferred embodiment, the sealing lip is positively held in the groove. This improves on the one hand the seal between the ring seal and the cap and prevents the other reliable unintentional release of the two components from each other. Conveniently, the positive connection is realized by a first recess on the sealing lip and engaging in the recess and formed on the groove first survey. Such formations are easy to produce by injection molding and do not hinder the demolding of the parts. In addition, the parts are held by deepening and collection fixed and still mutually movable. The invention is also preferably characterized in that the cap is made of a plastic having a modulus of elasticity of 200 to 2000 MPa and the cover is made of a plastic, which has a tensile stress of 0.3 to 10 MPa 100% elongation. The values were determined according to EN ISO 527-1 / 2. Conveniently, the plastics have hardnesses between 0 Shore A and 71 Shore D. Preferably, the plastics used are propylene-based elastomers (PBE), since they fulfill a wide range of material properties and can meet all material requirements of the subject invention. Such PBE's are sold under the trade name Vistamaxx. In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the edge of the cap engages around the second stage of the ring seal. As a result, the sealing surface is additionally enlarged. It proves to be advantageous if the cap can be latched to the cover when the first and the second drinking opening are aligned. Conveniently, an additional seal between the ring seal and the cap is realized in that the inner edge of the cover is received in a peripheral to the cap sealing recess. The invention is also preferably characterized in that the cap can be latched to the cover when the first and the second drinking opening are aligned. This prevents accidental closure of the drinking openings during drinking. It is also facilitated by the feedback of the catch for the user to bring the two drinking openings in the aligned position. It is also conceivable to provide latching in other positions of the cap relative to the sealing ring. Also, a position may be provided in which the cap can be easily separated from the ring seal (cleaning position) or a position in which the lid is opened only a little to reduce the overpressure of a carbonated beverage before drinking. Conveniently, a second survey is provided on the cover, which can cooperate sealingly with the second drinking opening and can engage in a second depression provided on the cap. As a result, two latching positions are realized by simple forms to be produced: a closed position and an open position. It proves to be advantageous if an air opening is provided on the cover and the cap and the air opening of the cap can be latched with a nipple formed on the cover. As a result, liquid can escape uniformly through the two drinking openings in the open position, and the lid nevertheless does not leak in the closed position. Preferably, the cap is held with a releasable connection to the cover. As a result, the cap and the cover can be cleaned separately and existing slots and grooves are accessible for cleaning purposes. Preferably, the releasable connection is realized by a bayonet lock. This makes it particularly easy to remove the cap in a certain position from the cover. Unintentional release of the two components is prevented by the provision of the bayonet closure. Another aspect of the invention relates to a set of the cover described above and a cup made of a dishwasher-suitable material having a cup rim. Suitable materials for the cup are, for example, ceramics, glass or plastics because such cups are easy to clean and therefore are particularly well suited for reuse. The set is easy to reuse, as both the lid and the drinking cup are easy to clean and made of durable materials that do not absorb liquid, as is typical of cardboard, for example. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the ring seal is slipped over the cup rim when the outer diameter of the cup rim is up to 5 mm, preferably up to 4 mm and more preferably up to 3 mm larger than the inner diameter of the 1st stage of the ring seal. The cup must therefore have only a relatively small tolerance of its dimensions, in particular the outer diameter of the cup rim. Nevertheless, the lid can provide sufficient tightness, as the ring seal can stretch a bit and sits firmly on the cup. Due to the relatively low demands on the tolerances of the cup dimensions this can be produced cheaply. Further advantages and features will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment of the invention with reference to the schematic representations. It shows in not to scale representation:<Tb> FIG. 1; <SEP> is an axonometric view of a cover which is part of a drinking cup lid;<Tb> FIG. 2: <SEP> an axonometric view of a cap which, together with the cover, may form a drinking cup lid;<Tb> FIG. 3: <SEP> the lid formed by the cover and the cap in a plan view;<Tb> FIG. 4: <SEP> a section through the lid along the section line IV-IV and<Tb> FIG. 5: <SEP> An axonometric view of the composite lid. In Figs. 3 to 5, a lid for a drinking cup is shown, which is designated overall by the reference numeral 11. The lid 11 includes a cover and a cap 13. The cover shown alone in Fig. 1 is formed as a ring seal 15. The bipartite nature of the lid has the advantage that the tasks imposed on the lid 11 can be better fulfilled. Thus, the ring seal 15 may be made of a softer good sealing and lubricious material, whereas the cap 13 may be made of a harder, stabilizing material. The lid 11 can therefore be considered as made of a composite material. Characterized in that both the ring seal 15 and the cap 13 are circular (Fig. 3) they can rotate against each other. In contrast to the prior art, the cover has no bottom, but has a through hole 17 around which the annular seal 15 extends annularly. At the ring seal 15, a first drinking opening 19 is provided by the use of a drinking cup on which the lid 11 according to the invention is placed, liquid can flow. The ring seal 15 is formed in cross-section 2-stage. A first step 21 serves for the sealing attachment of the ring seal 15 at the upper edge of a drinking cup. A second stage 23, which adjoins the first stage 21, serves for the sealing support of the cap 13. The structure of the ring seal 15 is best seen in FIG. 4. For sealing support of the cap 13, a circumferential groove 25 is provided at the transition from the first to the second stage 21,23. The groove 25 engages around the outer edge of the cap 13, which is formed as a circumferential sealing lip 27. The seal between ring seal 15 and cap 13 is improved by several features. At the upper edge of the groove 25, a first elevation 29 is formed, which engages in a first recess 31 on the sealing lip. As a result, not only the tightness at the transition between ring seal 15 and cover 13 is improved, but these two components are also held positively against each other. In addition, the edge 33 of the cap 13 is formed in cross-section U-shaped. Thereby, the edge of the cap 13, the second stage 23 completely encompass. To further improve the seal a sealing recess 35 is formed at the bottom of the U-shaped edge 33, in which the through opening 17 limiting inner edge 37 of the ring seal 15 is added. Between the annular seal 15 and the cap 13 therefore exists a large sealing surface. The generated sealing surface could also be referred to as a labyrinth seal. Since the large sealing surface also entails an increased static friction, it is preferred if the materials of the two components slide well together. As a result, despite the excellent tightness, a slight rotatability of the cap 13 with respect to the annular seal 15 is given. To seal the ring seal 15 with respect to the drinking cup, a drinking cup edge receptacle 38, which is U-shaped in cross section, is formed on the underside of the ring seal 15. At the one U-leg a sealing knob 40 is formed. Between the sealing nub 40 and the sealing nub 40 opposite legs of the drinking cup edge can be sealingly received. The soft and flexible plastic of the ring seal 15 allows the legs to rest well against the cup rim. Thus, the annular seal 15 and the cap 13 mesh well, it is preferred if the cap 13 is overmolded with the ring seal 15. It is also conceivable if the parts are made separately and then plugged into each other. Preferably, the ring seal 15 is made of a plastic, which is in an E-modulus range between 0.3 N / mm <2> and 10 N / mm <2>. The cap 13 is preferably made of a plastic which lies in an E-modulus range between 200 N / mm 2 and 2000 N / mm 2. Accordingly, the plastic of the ring seal 15 is softer than the plastic of the cap 13. The plastic of the cap 13 stabilizes the lid 11 and gives the user a pleasant, firm feeling when drinking, as it receives the cap 13 between the lips. The plastic of the ring seal 15, however, provides an excellent seal against the drinking cup and the cap 13 and facilitates the placement and release of the lid 13 of the drinking cup. The flexibility of the sealing ring 15 also allows the lid to fit cups, the upper edge of which has an outer diameter which may deviate from the inner diameter of the first stage 21 by up to 3 mm. In particular, for drinking cups made of materials such as glass or ceramic lid 11 is particularly suitable because the tolerance of the outside diameter of the cup rim can be relatively low and still a tightness between cup and lid is given. Another advantage is that the two components can have different colors. Preferably propylene-based elastomers are selected as plastics for ring seal 15 and cap 13, since they can fulfill all the material requirements of the lid 11 according to the invention. To open and close the lid 11, it is necessary that the cap 13 has a second drinking opening 39, which preferably has identical outer contours as the first drinking opening 19. If the two drinking openings 19,39 brought by twisting the cap 13 relative to the ring seal 15 to cover, so liquid can be drunk from the drinking cup. At the ring seal 15, a second elevation 41 is formed. The outer contours of the second elevation 41 correspond to the inner contours of the second drinking opening 39. By twisting, the second elevation 41 can therefore engage in the second drinking opening 39. This gives the user a feedback that the lid 11 is closed and the sealing of the second drinking opening 39 is improved. On the inside of the cap 13, preferably at a short distance to the second drinking opening 39, a second recess 43 is provided (not shown in the figures). The second depression preferably corresponds in its inner contours to the outer contours of the second elevation. As a result, the cap 13 and the ring seal 15 can also lock together when the first and second drinking openings 19, 39 are aligned with one another. It is understood that by the provision of additional recesses and elevations, the locking of the cap 13 to the ring seal in any position is possible. Co-operating depressions and elevations may be provided either on the ring seal 15 or on the cap 13. Conveniently, a first or second air opening 45a, 45b is provided on the cap 13 and the annular seal 15. This can be ensured in a known manner that the liquid flows continuously through the two drinking openings 19,39. So that the air opening 45b is closed when the second drinking opening is closed, a nipple 47 is provided at the second stage 23. The nipple 47 can lock with the second drinking opening 45b.
